Business Development is where we combine a consultative sales approach with Halter's disruptive technology to pioneer a new way of farming. Back in the day, farmers used to milk cows by hand and so only managed a handful of cows. These days they've obviously got milking sheds which is one technology breakthrough that has allowed them to now manage hundreds of cows. You'd be crazy to start a farm today without a milk shed. We're on a mission for Halter to be as transformational to a farm as a milking shed. You will be making a tangible impact in your community by helping farmers to get on board with Halter and farm in a far more productive and sustainable way.

We're responsible for growing Halter's reach by consulting with farmers across New Zealand and beyond, to understand their business goals and challenges, and then enable them with Halter's solution to farm in a more productive and sustainable way. Our primary objective is to identify potential customers, build trusting relationships, and sign up new farms to continue to grow Halter's global impact.

Our team has a great balance of being competitive but also deeply and genuinely supportive of one another. We have a strong "team-first" culture; we believe that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
