We’re at the heart of Halter’s core product. We conduct our research with the cows in the paddock and work closely with the engineering teams to design, build and validate groundbreaking functionality that our farmers use in the day-to-day running of their farms. Every day we learn more about how cows behave and act and turn these learnings around into positive changes that can have an impact industry-wide. We solve on-farm problems that farmers have been battling with for years and turn them into easy, low labour tasks. We are constantly out and about working with cows, talking with farmers and expanding our knowledge. We then turn that knowledge into ideas and solutions that have lasting impacts. We work hard every single day to make sure that farmers don't have to.

Two days in our team never look the same, you might find yourself out in the paddock working with the cows, or sitting in our on-farm base, figuring out the next big problem. We set ambitious goals and pride ourselves in getting stuff done, and heavily rely on each other in doing so. We don't beat around the bush and we bring out the best in each other by open communication. We're passionate about agriculture, love the outdoors, are excited about tech and find ourselves in a role that is the perfect balance between all of that.
