We’re on a mission to create more productive and sustainable farming, globally. Our role in that is to identify and clear the path for Halter's future growth. As a small, high-performing team we span across strategy, partnerships, communications and intellectual property. Our diverse backgrounds and responsibilities lead to a lot of variety and fun. On any given day you can find us scoping farming systems in NZ or abroad, in the office developing new patents, or out and about liaising with the wider industry, media and Government. We all love an adventure, are constantly curious, and aren't afraid to experiment - which combine to make our roles in Growth pretty perfect!

Finance

Team funance (AKA finance)! A finance team is a crucial component of Halter, where we're responsible for managing and optimising the financial health of the business. Our team plays a vital role in decision-making, strategic planning, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources. We not only provide accurate financial information, analysis, and guidance but we also partner with key leaders and stakeholders to support Halter in making informed business choices.

People & Performance

We help to unlock and foster a high-performing environment for Halter by partnering with our team and making data-informed decisions that bring tangible results to Halter.
